Total order value less than £50 - WITHIN UK ONLY - will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked - FREE
Total order value £50 and over - WITHIN UK ONLY - will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day by 1pm) - FREE
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked Service for which there will be a charge.

THE USA WILL INCURR A 10% CHARGE TO COVER THE CURRENT TARIFFS THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED BY THE US GOVERNMENT.
THESE TARIFFS ARE OUT OF MY CONTROL BUT I HAVE ADDED THE TARIFF VALUE TO THE DELIVERY COST SO THAT THE TARIFF IS INCLUDED.
IF THERE ARE ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES ADDED BY THE US GOVERNMENT, THESE WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER, NOT ME.

I am a one woman business and whilst I make the best efforts to have all orders made and shipped as fast as possible there can sometimes be a longer wait on orders.
Having said that, I always aim to despatch all in-stock orders within one working day that they are received.
For Custom Orders requiring hallmarking, it is out of my control how long they will take to be returned to me from the Assay office, I can advise that it is usually a week on top of the quoted time it takes for me to make your piece of jewellery. Generally, all custom made orders will be delivered to the UK within 4 weeks, longer for orders delivered outside of the UK. All items are handmade this makes your pieces of jewellery unique and therefore some may differ slightly from pictures on this website.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Care is taken to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely, but if there has been damage caused in transit please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
All of my jewellery is handcrafted which means that every piece is unique. This means that whilst your piece will resemble pictures shown, it may not be exactly the same. Variations in pieces due to the handcrafted process is not a valid reason for return.
Please read product listings carefully and contact me with any unanswered questions prior to placing your order. Issues with an item that could have been resolved by a careful reading of the product description will not be refunded. Normal “wear-and-tear” issues will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for providing correct ring size for custom or made to order pieces.
No returns or refunds on custom orders.
Pierced earrings are non refundable for health and safety reasons.
If you find there is a problem with the actual manufacture of a piece, I will gladly work with you to fix the problem or replace the item.

GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING
I use recyclable and reusable packaging. All items are wrapped in non-toxic tissue paper and popped inside a reusable hessian gift bag and then further wrapped in non-toxic tissue paper. I use recyclable postal boxes (C6 sized) so that you don’t need to be home, the package will fit through a standard letterbox. Special Delivery items however, will require a signature upon delivery. As much as I can, I re-use packaging for my orders so you may receive your handmade jewellery in a 2nd hand box.
The labels and sellotape are recyclable & plastic free also.
