Total order value £50 and over- WITHIN UK ONLY - will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day by 1pm) - FREE

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked Service for which there will be a charge.

THIS IS INITIALLY ONLY GOING TO BE TO A FEW COUNTRIES. CURRENTLY THESE INCLUDE… CANADA, USA & AUSTRALIA.

THE USA WILL INCURR A 10% CHARGE TO COVER THE CURRENT TARIFFS THAT HAVE BEEN ADDED BY THE US GOVERNMENT.

THESE TARIFFS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL BUT WE HAVE ADDED THE TARIFF VALUE TO THE DELIVERY COST SO THAT THE TARIFF IS INCLUDED.

IF THERE ARE ANY ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES ADDED BY THE AMERICAN, CANADIAN OR AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT, THESE WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER, NOT NASHIRA JEWELLERY.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Care is taken to ensure that your jewellery arrives safely, but if your item has been damaged in transit please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can assess and assist.

All of my jewellery is handcrafted, which means every piece is unique. Therefore, while your piece will closely resemble the photographs shown, it may not be exactly the same; slight variations resulting from the handcrafted process are part of its character and are not considered valid reasons for return.

Please read product listings carefully and get in touch with any unanswered questions before placing your order. Issues with an item that could have been avoided by a careful reading of the product description will not be eligible for a refund, and normal “wear-and-tear” issues are also not refundable.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, the buyer is responsible for providing the correct ring size.

No returns or refunds on custom orders, unless faulty.

Pierced earrings are non refundable for health and safety reasons.

If you discover an issue arising from the actual manufacture of a piece, I will absolutely work with you to resolve the problem, repair the item, or replace it where necessary.

PLEASE NOTE

We always aim to despatch all in-stock orders within one working day that they are received.

Generally, all custom made orders will be delivered to the UK within 3-4 weeks, longer for orders delivered outside of the UK. For Custom Orders requiring hallmarking, we can say that this process usually takes one week before your piece is returned to us from the Assay office. However, we will endeavour to despatch as soon as possible. Any delays in the making or despatching of your Custom Order will be advised by email.

All items are handmade, meaning your pieces of jewellery unique and therefore some may differ slightly from other pictures on this website.

GIFT WRAPPING & PACKAGING

I use recyclable and reusable packaging. All items are supplied inside a reusable gift bag or microfibre pouch, and further wrapped in non-toxic tissue paper. I use recyclable postal boxes (C6 sized) so that you don’t need to be home, the package will fit through a standard letterbox. Multiple items ordered may need to be sent in a larger postal box and have an upgraded delivery service, such as Special Delivery. Special Delivery items however, will require a signature upon delivery. As much as I can, I re-use packaging for my orders so you may receive your handmade jewellery in a 2nd hand box.

The labels and sellotape are recyclable & plastic free also.
