SITE ACCESS AND CHANGES
Our website changes often and is occasionally unavailable temporarily. We update content regularly and may change product details and prices at any time without notice.
CONTRACT
No contract exists between you and Nashira Jewellery until we accept your order, send a confirmation email, and take full payment via Squarespace or PayPal. Once we accept your order, a legally binding contract is formed. Only adults (18 or older) can enter into such contracts.
Nashira Jewellery may cancel your order if payment can't be authorised, if shipping is restricted, if the item fails our quality checks or is out of stock, or if there is a pricing or listing error.
Prices are shown on our website in GBP (UK Pounds Sterling). Delivery costs are included, except for deliveries outside of the UK. See Delivery section.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you don't cancel within 14 working days of full payment, your order is accepted and the contract is complete once the goods are dispatched.
To cancel your order, email nashira@mail.com with the subject "Cancellation" and include your order number, name, address & any relevant photographs. Alternatively, please complete a Contact Form with as much information as possible. Returns made after the 14-day period are at Nashira Jewellery’s discretion.
If you cancel after the item has been sent, you must return it unworn, in new condition & with all original packaging within 14 days of receiving it. You pay the return postage, using the same delivery method that was used to send the order. This does not apply to custom or personalised orders.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We take care to pack your jewellery safely. If it’s damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
All pieces are handcrafted and unique. They will look like the photos but may vary; such natural variations are not a reason for return.
Please read the product description before ordering and ask any questions first. Problems that a careful reading would have prevented, and normal wear-and-tear, are not refundable.
For custom or made-to-order rings, the buyer must provide the correct ring size.
No returns or refunds on custom orders.
Pierced earrings are non refundable for health and safety reasons.
If you find there is a problem with the actual manufacture of a piece, we will of course, discuss this with the Buyer and work towards a resolution.
All my jewellery is handmade here in Weymouth, in my home workshop. This means that no two pieces are alike, and they will have natural imperfections that arise from the process of creating. My craftsmanship embraces this aspect of slow & handmade work.
GIFT CARDS
A Digital Gift Card can be purchased from this website. If you require a Physical Gift Card, this can also be purchased but as an Add-On to the Digital Gift Card. The Redemption Code from the Digital Gift Card will be handwritten onto the Physical Card before posting. Physical Gift Cards can only be purchased as an Add-On to the Digital Gift Card.
There is no expiration date to the Gift Cards.
Sold in multiples of £25, but you can request a custom amount.

CONTACT INFORMATION

QUALITY
Nashira artisan jewellery is crafted from high-quality .925 sterling, .935 argentium and .999 fine silver, with some designs featuring 9ct gold and 14ct gold fill accents for added warmth and contrast.
Select silver pieces are carefully oxidised using Liver of Sulphur to deepen the tone and give the metal a contemporary, slightly antique finish.
We use only genuine sea glass, formed over many years of tumbling in salt water and waves, so each shard carries its own history and character. Because of the rarity and natural variation of sea glass, prices may differ between pieces according to colour, size and shape. Please understand that some items cannot be exactly replicated, as every piece of sea glass is truly one of a kind.
JEWELLERY CARE
Wear your Nashira jewellery with care. While we have tested our pieces and have found that they can more than withstand everyday use, normal wear and tear may take a toll over time. In order to prolong the beauty and quality, we recommend that your Nashira Jewellery pieces should avoid contact with perfume, false tan, lotions, chlorine, bleach, saltwater, excessive sun exposure, acidic skin and any other products or environments that could cause damage. See our Jewellery Care section for guidance on cleaning your jewellery.
PAYMENT FOR CUSTOM ORDERS/REPAIRS/BESPOKE ITEMS
We will require 100% upfront payment for all custom orders. This applies to when ordering online and in-person.
All items are posted via Royal Mail - see Delivery section.
