This unique design is adjustable, allowing you to easily modify the size by gently squeezing or pulling the open ends of the ring. However, once you have achieved your desired fit, it’s best to leave it at that size to maintain the integrity of the piece; excessive adjustments may cause the silver to harden and potentially crack if frequently or repeatedly altered.
Currently, this ring is set at a size P ½ and I would suggest is suitable for adjusting to sizes O / P / Q
